The Hidden Valley - Self Catering River Front Cabins on the banks of the Blyde River, Hoedspruit, Limpopo

The Hidden Valley is nestled amongst the mango and citrus farms right next to the Blyde River in the Blyderus Wildlife Reserve, Hoedspruit.

The Hidden Valley offers two lovely cabins on the banks of the river, perfect for a family holiday, a romantic getaway or a base to explore the area.

With the Kruger National Park just around the corner, the area has a lot of activities to keep you busy for days.

Surrounded by nature and a wide variety of birds and small wildlife, it is any birder and bird photographers dream location with four different biomes within easy reach. Impalas, Blue Wildebeest, Zebra, Giraffes and other game may also surprise you as we are located in a wilderness estate.

The Hidden Valley Cabins

Two beautifully decorated self catering cabins. The two cabins provide luxurious en-suite accommodation for up to two or three people per cabin. 

Each cabin is fully equipped for self catering with a queen size bed and one cabin having an additional single bed to accommodate three people. 

To ensure you have a good night's rest, emphasis is placed on providing quality, premium matrasses for the beds. For families, we can also provide quality stretchers to accommodate children, at no extra cost. 

The cabins are set among the large indigenous riverine trees. The semi-enclosed bathrooms enhance the experience of being out in nature. The kitchenette is outside on the front porch, which overlooks the river.

We offer personalised Kruger Park day trips for guests. With only a 90 km drive to Orpen Gate and 95 km to Phalaborwa gate, a day trip is a great way to explore the Kruger quickly.
